Operation Restoration!
Mission:
Operation Restoration is a national campaign where dedicated alliances are cooperatively working together to prevent foreclosure.
This is accomplished through partners who determine the best available option (loan restructuring, loan refinancing, or house sale) and supporting partners who provide important peripheral services.
What We Do:
» 1. Provide a caring, knowledgeable environment
where individuals can receive free, expert help 24-
hours, 7-days week from trained counselors
throughout the U.S. who:
• Listen,
• Assist individuals to collect documentation
required for foreclosure prevention,
• Assign to trusted partners for resolution, and
• Systematically follow-up with partners to track
progress from beginning until closure and assign
additional resources as needed.
» 2. Provide an effective systematic process that
dramatically decreases the likelihood of foreclosure.
» 3. Maintain an up-to-date central database which tracks
the status of all cases and stores contact
information of all partners across the U.S.
» 4. Create and maintain consistent awareness of
Operation Restoration’s presence and mission
through recognized spokespeople, humanitarians,
media, community organizations, churches,
foundations, and public relations efforts.
» 5. A Resource to Lenders, Lenders’ Loss Mitigation
departments, and Servicers through:
• Facilitating communication between them and
their clients,
• Facilitating communication between them and
O.R.'s partners who are assisting, and
• Collecting, organizing, and processing
documentation in an easily usable format. * Although O.R. cannot guarantee foreclosure avoidance, our staff will attempt to connect all individuals or families with appropriate support.

Vision:
Operation Restoration will develop partnerships with individuals, lenders, servicers, realtors, counselors, appraisers, attorneys, community organizations, churches, foundations, media, humanitarians and celebrities to create and deliver a caring, systematic process to decrease foreclosures and build awareness about safe and viable options to foreclosure.
Mission Steps:
- Collect Documentation from Homeowner and Realtor, the latter if formal verification of house value and condition is necessary.
- Electronically send documentation to alliances to determine best course: loan modification, loan re-finance, or house sale.
- Electronically send notification and documentation to Lender.
- Facilitate communication between Lender,
referred resources, and homeowner.
Schedule specific follow-up dates and track status of resolution.
- If HOUSE SALE is necessary or desired:
» Notify Realtor and Lender of intended sale.
» Notify Prequalified Database of Purchasers,
for profit or not-for-profit., preferably who are
willing to rent-back (or later lease-purchase)
to the families.*
* Families must be able to afford a reasonable
monthly payment. Operation Restoration will
facilitate qualification process between the
family and Purchaser.
» Track sales process with Realtor and ensure
regular communication is maintained with the
Lender.

If the family has to move:
» Secure affordable housing from realtor
alliances in the local area.
» Maintain resources to aid families with food,
moving, incidental expenses, when needed.
